Frequently asked questions
- What happens after the trial?
- After your trial ends, you can choose any plan to keep your webinars live. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused — nothing is deleted.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- If you exceed your automated or live webinar attendee cap for a session, additional attendees will be placed in a waiting state. We'll notify you so you can upgrade before your next event.
- Do you support live webinars?
- Live webinars are available on the Pro and Scale plans. The Starter plan supports automated (pre-recorded) webinars only.
- Can I remove WebinarGrid branding?
- Yes — custom branding, logo, and branding removal are included on the Scale plan. Scale gives you full white-label control over your registration pages and webinar rooms.
