Does Starter include a free trial?: Yes — every Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account will be paused. Uploaded media is retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?: If your webinar reaches the attendee limit included in your plan, additional attendees will see that the webinar is full and cannot join. We'll notify you so you can upgrade your plan before future sessions.
Do you support live webinars?: Live webinars are available on the Pro and Scale plans. The Starter plan supports automated (pre-recorded) webinars only.
Can I remove WebinarGrid branding?: Yes — custom branding, logo, and branding removal are included on the Scale plan. Scale gives you full white-label control over your registration pages and webinar rooms.
