Video Hosting

Can I upload my own video?: Yes. Upload any MP4 or MOV file directly to WebinarGrid. We handle storage, transcoding, and playback across all devices. No external video hosting account required.
Do I need a separate video host like Vimeo?: No. Video hosting is built in and included on every plan. Upload directly and WebinarGrid handles delivery and playback.
What file formats are supported?: WebinarGrid supports MP4 and MOV uploads. We transcode your upload to ensure reliable playback across all devices and connection speeds.
How much storage is included?: Storage depends on your plan. Starter includes 10 GB, Pro includes 50 GB, and Scale includes more. See the pricing page for full details.

How do automated webinars work?: Upload a video, configure your registration page and email reminders, then schedule the webinar. Attendees register and join on a schedule you control — no live hosting required from you.
Can I schedule automated webinars to run repeatedly?: Yes. Schedule automated webinars on a recurring basis, just-in-time a few minutes after registration, or on-demand. Set it once and it runs as long as you need.
Can I add chat, polls, and CTAs to an automated webinar?: Yes. You can pre-schedule chat messages, polls, reactions, and timed CTAs to appear at exact moments during the session. These are engagement and presentation tools that help keep attendees focused and drive conversions.
Can I convert a live webinar into an automated one?: Yes, with one click on Pro and above. After your live session ends, WebinarGrid converts it into an automated webinar. Your registration page, email sequence, and engagement settings carry over automatically.

Can I run live webinars?: Yes. WebinarGrid supports fully interactive live sessions with real-time chat, polls, Q&A, and timed CTAs. Attendees do not need to download any software.
Can I convert a live session into an automated webinar?: Yes, available on Pro and above. After your live session, convert it to an automated webinar with one click. No re-uploading or rebuilding required.

Does WebinarGrid include registration pages?: Yes. Every webinar includes a branded registration page. Customise it with your webinar details and branding. No separate landing page tool required.
Does WebinarGrid send reminder emails?: Yes. Automated reminder emails go out before each session. On Pro and above you can configure multiple reminders and post-webinar follow-up sequences based on attendance.

What analytics does WebinarGrid provide?: All plans include registration and attendance data. Pro and above add watch-time reporting, poll engagement metrics, CTA click tracking, and attendee-level analytics — showing each attendee's engagement individually.

Is WebinarGrid available now?: We are in the final stages of development. Join the early access waitlist and we will notify you when it opens — with a founding member price.
What happens after the free trial?: You choose a paid plan. Your webinars, videos, and data stay exactly as they are. If you do not choose a plan, your account pauses — nothing is deleted for 30 days.
